A UI to allow multiple users to read and write notes to crosstab cells.
Features:

• Modification date visible (creation date available through API)
• Note colour auto keyed from user name

• Persistable to/from XML
• Crosstab bean code code left almost in tact!
To-do:
• Improve add/delete/pin icons
• Printing (as footnotes?)
• Determine behaviour after pivot/query change.
To test:
• Right click on a crosstab cell and choose 'add note'.
• Cells with notes have standard annotation icon, click it to see notes.
• Change the user in the combo box in the controls on the left to see multi user interactions.
